The man responsible for stealing nearly $9,000 from a local business is now in custody and facing charges for theft by unlawful taking.
Robert D. Plowman, 53, of Sunrise Valley Road, was arrested last week by Estill County Sheriff’s Deputy Russell “Doc” Morris after being picked up by Kentucky State Police troopers in Madison County.
