Six warrants served to one man

On December 14, 2014, Joshua Crowe, 24, of 260 Blue Run Road, was served six bench warrants for various charges.
According to one warrant, Trooper Zach Pennington stated that on April 21, 2014, Crowe forged a check belonging to victim Mary Webb.  He allegedly forged the check at Stop and Shop for $30 and cashed it.
That arrest led to the execution of other bench warrants, including one for criminal possession of a forged instrument, second degree; forgery, second degree; no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to wear seat belts and failure of owner to maintain required insurance and registration, first offense.
Forgery second is a class D felony.  Criminal possession of a forged instrument, second degree is a class D felony.
Following his arrest for fraud, Crowe was released on a $2,500 cash bond.
