Fire destroys home on Stacy Lane

Kentucky State Police (KSP) arson investigators are looking deeper into a fire that destroyed a mobile home on Stacy Lane Monday afternoon.
Officials said the fire happened at around noon. The man who lived in the home is currently in jail and his children were not living in the home at the time of the fire.
However, electricity was still on at the home.
The WLEX 18 News Station reported that the owners of the property found another person living in the home and kicked them out. There was no confirmation at press time of who that person was or if they are a suspect. The fire, which started in the middle of the home, has not been ruled an arson but KSP arson investigators have been called to help with investigating the cause of the fire.
