River town will be rocking this
weekend as the Estill Development
Alliance and the Estill County
Chamber of Commerce partner
to bring a music festival to Irvine.
The first Rock the River Town
event is Saturday and will include
a local talent showcase, a Battle
of the Bands competition and
performances by headlining act
ASHWEDNESDAY.
