Irvine Police Department
12-27 Johnathon Dixon, of 212 Noland Court, was arrested outside of his home. Officer John Sturniolo found Dixon smelling strongly of alcohol and showing signs of intoxication. According to the police report, he admitted to drinking ½ pint of whiskey. He also stated to police that he snorted Xanas. Dixon was taken to the Marcum and Wallace Memorial Hospital for medical clearance before being arrested for alcohol intoxication.
12-27 Joshua M. Dunn, of 2291 Hardwicks Creek Road, Clay City, was served bench warrants from Clark County and Powell County for failure to appear in court and for failure to pay the person posting bond on his behalf. He was also served a criminal summons for threatening to beat the brains out of Kenneth Robinson the next time he ran into him. IPD Officer John Sturniolo made the arrests.
12-28 Robert Andrew Harvey, 22, of 611 Broadway, was arrested after the Irvine Police received a 911 call that a man struck a fence and fled. Both the vehicle and Harvey were found in front of 611 Broadway. Harvey smelled strongly of alcohol and his eyes were red, the police report said. He gave permission to be searched and allowed his vehicle to be searched. Officer Sam Hensley noted a strong smell of marijuana in the car, and found an aluminum pop can used to smoke marijuana in the center console. Harvey failed field sobriety tests performed at the jail because of poor lighting and uneven terrain.

12-21 Whitney Berryman, 25, of 1524 Versailles Road, Lexington, was arrested on a warrant.
12-23 Earl Campbell, 33, of 1239 Press Howard Fork, Jackson, was arrested on a warrant.
