12-3 Brenda Estes, a.k.a Brenda Riddell, 50, of Estes Lane, was arrested by Estill County Sheriff’s Deputy Karl Rifenbark and charged with alcohol intoxication. Several callers reported to law enforcement that Estes was on Richmond Road staggering in front of moving vehicles and nearly getting hit. Estes failed the field sobriety tests administered by Rifenbark.
12-6 Regina Arvin, 44, of McKee Road, was arrested by Rifenbark and charged with contempt of court and alcohol intoxication. According to the uniform citation issued by Rifenbark, he had been dispatched to 300 McKee Road earlier in the day in reference to a dispute between Arvin and her boyfriend. She fled the scene through the woods before Rifenbark arrived. He received more calls later in reference to Arvin knocking on doors. The last call lead Rifenbark to Spicer Road where she was arrested.

11-28 David T. Arvin, 28, of Webb Road, was arrested by KSP Trooper Charles Brandenburg and charged with theft by unlawful taking of a firearm. According to the warrant, Arvin stole a 9 mm pistol from the home of Scotty Adams in August. The gun was valued at $500. He was housed at the Madison County Detention Center but was released on bond signed by Carolyn Adams.
12-2 William David Alexaner, 47, was arrested by Trooper Reed and charged with harassing communications and third-degree criminal trespassing. Nikki Chuen-Chom-Bom alleges that Alexander comes into her place of business and stands around for hours without attempting to engage in legitimate business. He also refuses to leave even after being asked several times. He constantly makes phone calls to the business repeatedly.
12-4 Amanda Martin, 26, of Wall Street, was arrested by Brandenburg and charged with possession of handgun by a convicted felon and first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense. Brandenburg was assisting Estill County Social Services at Martin’s home when he found a handgun in the bedroom. Dispatch confirmed Martin was a convicted felon and a search warrant was issued. Brandenburg found several 30-milligram oxycodone tablets, Suboxone strips and 36 firearms.
